Equilibrium – is a network of Muslim Women, which was created on 12th February 2010 at the “My Voice – Loud and Clear” Conference - an initiative by Watford Borough Council to begin the process of engagement of the Muslim Women of Watford. It is a voluntary organisation, comprising of the Muslim women from Watford working for the women of Watford.
